I just learned that, as a New York Times subscriber, I am allowed to “gift” a limited number of articles each month.
My intention is to share one article a week that focuses on something related to parenting, politics or pop culture. I am going to do my best to choose ones that are unique to the Times and are thought-provoking.
The article I am choosing today is by Saul Austerlitz and originally appeared in The New York Times Magazine. In his “Letter Of Recommendation,” Austerlitz champions homework as an opportunity for connection with his kids and for learning how they “learn.”
